Warframe, developed and published by Digital Extremes, is a free-to-play online action RPG that blends third-person shooting, melee combat, and parkour-style movement. Set in a distant sci-fi future, players awaken as members of the Tenno, ancient warriors who pilot powerful exo-suits called Warframes.
 

Each Warframe has unique abilities, playstyles, and roles, ranging from stealth assassins and damage dealers to tanks, support specialists and crowd controllers. Players can collect and craft dozens of Warframes, weapons, companions and gear, allowing for deep personalization and experimentation.
 

Combat in Warframe is fast, fluid, and acrobatic. Players sprint, slide, wall-run and bullet-jump through levels while using firearms, melee weapons, and devastating abilities. Missions are primarily cooperative, supporting up to four players in PvE activities such as extermination, defense, survival, espionage and boss battles.
 

Progression is driven by the Mod system, which allows players to enhance weapons and Warframes by customizing stats, abilities and builds. Mastery Rank rewards long-term progression and unlocks new equipment and features.
 

Warframe’s universe has expanded massively over the years, introducing cinematic story quests like The Second Dream, The War Within and The New War. Open-world zones such as the Plains of Eidolon, Orb Vallis and Cambion Drift offer large-scale exploration, bounties, vehicles, and dynamic events.
