Reportedly! Activision and Paramount Pictures announced a joint venture on September 2, 2025, to break the fourth wall and bring Call of Duty as a live adaptation for the franchise’s massive following. Known as one of the most successful gaming franchises in the industry, Activision sold more than 500 million copies while boasting $30 billion in revenue.

Interestingly, this move by Activision and Paramount might become a rescue move for the upcoming games or their predecessors. Regarding the title, officials have yet to reveal a name that breaks the internet. Till then, the movie is treated as an untitled project by the production team.

Marking the official announcement as “Lock it in,” fans are on the edge of their seats with sky-touching anticipation.
