Captured by the alien emperor Zinyak, humanity is trapped inside a massive simulation of the city of Steelport. Within this digital world, players gain incredible superpowers, transforming the traditional open-world crime formula into a superhero-style playground.
 

Gameplay revolves around speed, power and spectacle.
