So you just finished re-watching a Marvel marathon, and now you’re sitting in your gaming chair wondering when you'll get to be the guy with the claws. It’s February 12th 2026 - literally the State of Play day - and the Marvel gaming landscape looks wildly different than it did around 6 six months ago.

I’ve gone through it all - the leaks, the cryptic tweets, and ignored my social life (big time) to bring you the actual, up-to-the-minute roadmap of every Marvel game coming to your living room in 2026. Seriously, grab a drink, because we have a lot to talk about.

Marvel’s Wolverine

Insomniac just pulled a nasty move on us. While the entire internet was screaming for a gameplay trailer today, the studio hopped on social media to tell us a full deep dive isn't coming until Spring 2026. But they didn't leave us totally hanging, they dropped a cryptic tweet about "lawyer lingo" recently, that has literally everyone (almost) convinced that Matt Murdock (Daredevil) is showing up to help Logan with more than just a legal defense. Now, combine that with a PS Store Mexico leak that accidentally pinned a September 2026 launch, and Logan is officially the heavyweight (Marvel) champion of the year.

Marvel Tōkon : Fighting Souls

The Arc System Works (guys who made Dragon Ball FighterZ) fighter is the absolute talk of the town right now. Leaks are pointing at a 20-character launch roster. We’ve already seen the heavy hitters like Iron Man and Dr. Doom, but the leak specifically mentions Robbie Reyes (Ghost Rider) and Elsa Bloodstone joining the fray. It’s aiming for a Mid-2026 release and features 64-player online lobbies, which is basically a crazy mosh pit for Marvel fans.

Marvel 1943 : Rise of Hydra

If you were looking for this on the State of Play schedule, I have some bad news, my friend. After slipping from its original 'Early 2026' slot, Skydance Games has moved the window to 'Beyond Early 2026'. Amy Hennig is clearly taking that approach - it’s done when it’s 100% perfect. The latest insider chatter suggests they are fine-tuning the co-op mechanics between Cap and Azzuri (Black Panther), so don't expect anything until the back half of the year. It’s annoying, but hey, at least it won't be buggy at launch.

Marvel’s Venom

The symbiote is alive and well! Reports hint that the Venom standalone is in 'active development' at Insomniac. The big news here? The game is reportedly going to be all about Eddie Brock instead of Harry Osborn, which makes it a bridge to 'Spider-Man 3'. With rumors of a Late 2026 or Early 2027 release, the black suit era is far from over. I'm already imagining the stealth missions - it's going to be insane!

Marvel’s Iron Man

EA Motive is still 'cooking' in silence, but from what we can smell from the kitchen - it's going to be good. Their community council has hinted that the Unreal Engine 5 flight mechanics are now finalized, making sure Tony doesn't feel like a random flying robot. There’s no release date in sight though, realistically speaking? maybe in 2027. I just can't stop thinking about being able to see that HUD in 4K. Absolute beauty!

Marvel’s Blade

Arkane Lyon is as stealthy as the Daywalker himself. While they’ve confirmed 'full production' is finally underway, they are taking the slow-and-steady route for this third-person immersive sim. It’s going to be a huge drift from their usual first-person style, so the team is being super careful with their quarantined Paris setting. We could be looking at a Late 2027 reveal - at the earliest. It's a long wait, but for Arkane? I'll give them all the time in the world.

The 'Great Drought' of superhero games is officially over, and between Insomniac’s dominance and the arrival of Arc System Works, your SSD is about to be very, very full. Keep your controllers charged - the Marvel Gaming Universe is finally hitting the highway, and I'll be right here screaming my lungs out with you when the next trailer drops.
