Hinted by the daily login rewards, the upcoming event “Capped Legends” will start its rewards and pre-kick-off bonus from February 23, 2026.
In the meantime, collect all your pending rewards, complete your TOTY journey, and Division Rivals to collect ample gems after the season reset! So, without further ado, let’s dive deep into the event details, leaks, and preparation tips that could make your squad invincible with 117 base ovr’s!
EA FC Mobile 26 Capped Legends Event Details
Buckle up and save your pockets as EA is all set to drop the event preview livestream on February 24, 2026, at 16:00 UTC, where officials will reveal event details and 117 base ovr players joining the squad list; however, credible sources like Madridsta from X.com (Formerly Twitter), have already revealed the leak regarding the event details, which we will cover in the approaching paragraphs!
Right off the bat, Nation’s Story is getting a brand-new update, and fans will witness Croatia as the latest instalment to the Nation’s Story from March 5, 2026.
Fans across the internet speculate that the 2018 WC edition Modric will enter the chatroom along with Josko Gvardiol, Ivan Rakitic, Mateo Kovacic, and Davor Suker (an exclusive icon in the franchise)
Revisiting the hotline, Capped Legends will replace TOTY and will become the main highlight of the game for 28 days (4 weeks), with weekly resets and chapter progression!
Can We Use Existing Draft Voucher after TOTY Ends?
Simple yet a haunting question for many of us, as who in the world wants to start from scratch to pull capped icons! According to many credible sources and reports, if you already claimed a pool A character and still got a hefty amount of vouchers…. Yes, you can use them in the upcoming event; however, the countdown will reset in the brand-new event, meaning if pool B and pool A have a countdown of 6 and 40, respectively, they will reset to 10 and 100. Badge collection will have 4 groups, consisting of “Big Influence” and “Global Icons”, where you can earn experience and a latest boost for your team.
Although officials have yet to announce this in their upcoming livestream, it can be confirmed from the in-game exchange section. If you exchange your players for draft vouchers than take a sigh of relief as the exchange will expire in 60 days, meaning you can exchange fodder players and stack a large amount of draft vouchers. According to my consistent spending on TOTY, I strongly recommend that you save as much as you can (if you have luck like me).
EA FC Mobile 26 Leaks and Rewards
With much speculation and buzz all over the internet, sources like FC Brown and Mr. Believer from YT just made an entire guide and preparation tips regarding the approaching event. Below are the chapters and rewards revealed by Madridsta, a reliable source on X.com.
The Capped Legends event section includes Start Profile, Ability, Adaptability, Experience, and Reputation, just like TOTY Attacker and TOTY Defenders.
Chapter 1 : Main (Start Profile)
This chapter will be the core of the event, where players will need to play Division Rivals, skill games, and matches from the chapter to gain Caps (currency of the latest instalment). Further players can use them to upgrade the avatar and unlock exclusive emotes. On the other hand, complete skill games and objectives to raise a player’s attributes.
Upgrade every ability attribute to level 10 to activate at least one star in adaptability, experience, or reputation to reveal and unlock final rewards. The rewards will become available once all the attributes are unlocked. Core attributes that you need to work on are defending, dribbling, free-kick, passing, and shooting.
Chapter 2 : Stat Cards (Ability)
In here, players will need to represent a national team to sharpen their overall performance. The attribute categories here are the same as those in the main chapter.
Chapter 3 : Adaptability
Different from previous events, Chapter 3 of Capped Legends will focus on making you play more as a manager with precise planning, tactical formations, and fatigue management. You will play as a regular international competitor, where the game will force you to adapt according to different weather conditions, and ask you to manage fatigue levels while choosing a strategic path towards victory. Focusing on to strengthen adaptability of players, this chapter aims to overcome the loopholes faced by your team.
Each match increases fatigue level, depending on the weather conditions. Once exhaustion reaches 12, you cannot play; either revisit the next day or use the recharge option to reset fatigue level.
Chapter 4 : Experience
In this chapter, players will need to progress through the chapter by completing objectives, matches, and skill games to enhance their team members’ development.
Chapter 5 : Reputation
After completing the previous chapter, in Reputation, players can earn reputation stars by completing objectives, which will help them to strengthen their status as an icon.
Chapter 6 : Reward Section
Use Caps (event currency) to claim rewards and roll dice daily to get amazing outcomes. Enhancing players’ attributes can also unlock additional reward paths.
While some rewards may use a particular attribute from the previous chapter, you can return the next day if the roll didn’t succeed the way you want. But if you are persistent like me, use fresh tokens to refresh available rolls (applicable when you are earning the same amount of money, which will be gone instantly, without any regrets).
Who will add Grace to the 1st Week Roster?
I’m saying again, “Start saving your gems if you are a F2P player”, as some meta cards are introduced that will rock the stage for a while. With the gacha system consisting of draft vouchers as the redemption money from now on, removing the old “Shard system,” F2P players will surely face grave problems. With a whopping base ovr of 117, these players will overwhelm defenders. Meanwhile, officials have yet to reveal Pool B players.
Pool A players for 1st Week
| Player | Base Rating | Country | Position |
| Johan Cruyff | 117 | Netherlands | CAM (Centre Attack-Mid) |
| Philipp Lahm | 117 | Germany | RB (Right Back) |
| Kevin De Bruyne | 117 | Belgium | CM (Centre-Mid) |
| John Arne Riise | 116 | Norway | LB (Left Back) |
| Ivan Zamorano | 116 | Chile | ST (Striker) (Debut card in EA FC Mobile 26) |
