Whether you’re a professional racer or someone still rocking an old GPU, here is everything you need to know about Forza Horizon 6 PC Requirements.

The Baseline : 1080p / 60 FPS / Low

Pro Tip : One of the coolest quality-of-life upgrades in FH6 is that you can finally adjust graphics settings without having to restart the game. You get a live preview of the changes instantly. If your frame rate starts dropping in the neon-soaked streets of Shibuya, you can lower the reflection quality on the go and see the FPS counter climb up like snakes on ladders.

The Racing King Build : Chasing 500+ FPS

If you just bought an RTX 5070 Ti or an RX 9070 XT, congratulations on having more money than the rest of us. You get access to the 'Latest and Greatest' and the full suite of Ray Traced Global Illumination (RTGI).

This is real-time indirect lighting across the entire open world. When you’re flying through a neon-lit Shinjuku at night, the puddles, the signs, and the car paint will interact in a way that’ll make you cry tears of joy.

• RAM Warning : You’re going to need 32GB of RAM for this. While 24GB is the technical minimum for Extreme, you really want 32GB to handle the texture streaming of a map this detailed.
• Upscaling : The game launches with DLSS 4 (featuring Multi Frame Generation) and FSR 4.0. If you're on a 50-series card, you're looking at photorealistic lighting that bridges the gap between rendering and reality.

Handhelds & On-the-Go Racing

The Early Access Trap: We'd warn you against pre-ordering just for the 4-day early access if you're worried about day-zero bugs. Historically, Forza has had some texture pop-in issues at launch. If you're on a lower-end rig (like that 1650 Super), those extra 4 days might just be 4 days of troubleshooting.
